Latham & Watkins to adopt a four-day workweek

Latham & Watkins says it will adopt a four-day work week starting in 2025.
Law firms with office-based policies typically work a three-day workweek,
but Latham & Watkins will be one of the few firms to adopt a four-day workweek,
and lawyers will be able to choose which days they come into the office.
Latham & Watkins believes that working in person is efficient, and Marc Jaffe,
the New York City managing partner, said that collaboration, connection, and education are what make them successful.
